1. Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment after the treatment has been completed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer and card payments.
2. Mobile Appointments – Access & Setup
For mobile bookings, clients must ensure suitable access, safe working conditions, and parking close to the property.
Please allow sufficient time before your appointment for the Beauty Bus to be positioned and set up, or for equipment to be set up inside your property where required.
If working inside a client’s home, I may request access to a sink for the purpose of cleaning and sanitising tools in order to maintain professional hygiene standards.
Any parking charges, tolls or restricted access fees must be covered by the client.
If safe or suitable working conditions are not provided, the appointment may need to be cancelled.
3. Arrival Times
While I always aim to arrive at the scheduled appointment time, travel delays, road traffic, unforeseen circumstances, or extended time required at a previous appointment (for example where additional support is needed for elderly or disabled clients) may occasionally cause delays.
I may arrive up to 20 minutes after the scheduled time. If the delay is expected to be longer than this, I will contact you as soon as possible. Clients are also welcome to contact me for reassurance if needed.
4. Health, Safety & Consultation
Clients must provide accurate medical information during consultation. Certain treatments may not be suitable where contraindications are present.
Blissful Beauty Bus by Tammy reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary to ensure client safety.
5. Children’s Pamper Parties
A responsible adult (18+) must remain on the premises for the full duration of any children’s party.
All treatments provided are age-appropriate mini treatments for relaxation and enjoyment purposes only.
6. Late Arrivals (Client)
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. Full treatment charges will still apply.
7. Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person. No guarantee can be made regarding longevity or outcome of treatments, as this depends on individual lifestyle, aftercare and individual response.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Blissful Beauty Bus by Tammy reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, unsafe environments or where policies are not respected.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or service, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are in place to protect both client and therapist, ensuring a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience for everyone.
